My son and I were building with Legos a few days ago when I put together the engineering marvel pictured above. The helicopter prop spins (quite rapidly) when the crank on the side is wound. I came up with the idea the night before when I couldn't sleep- I also came up with a great theory for time travel but I went with this instead. The interesting thing about the Legos is that they are/were mine growing up but now my youngins and I share them (thanks for sending them to us Mom). I'm glad I saved them because they're quite pricey nowadays. You can't see it very well in the picture, but the Lego man in the cockpit has a huge smile on his face- I think he's just happy to be out of the storage container after 20+ years. Enjoy the picture, feel free to copy the design of the helicopter.

This is the one toy that has stood the test of time. I still have 24 year old Jeffrey's thousands and thousands of Legos all sorted and categorized by color, shape, and size.
