I start a new job tomorrow...

After over eight years at Micron/IM Flash Technologies I am leaving the company to pursue my ideal career as a full-time Web Developer. My previous employer treated my family and I very well and I had the opportunity to work with the most dedicated, hard-working, and friendliest people I've ever known. It was during my tenure there that I advanced from a contracted security guard to a Field Service Engineer Lead in the Information Systems department when I left. This experience helped me forge a career, now I look forward to the further advancement of that career in a new setting for a company called Deseret Book in Salt Lake City. Wish me luck!

The commute is over an hour, but they gave me a pass to use the bus that goes from where I live all the way up there without stopping. The bus has wireless internet so I can work on my way to work ;)

My new supervisor told me our team built the website for Time Out For Women, it sounds like a fantastic organization!
