I found this short article on the Wall Street Journal website:http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122584386627599251.html. Good to know that I'm not the only person who feels this way. Anyone who believes that George Bush is the reason for the issues facing Americans right now is ridiculously naive and uninformed. Not only is the presidency greater than one man, but no mortal man can make decisions that will lead to perfect solutions every time. I also think the reference the author of the article makes about Truman is right on.
It's a short article. Read it. You'll be glad you did.

That was a good article. Thank you for pointing it out. I completely agree. I think President Bush is a good man with good intentions and I think he did the best he could with what he had. It will be interesting to see how our country reacts if President Elect Obama is not able to deliver on his campaign promises. My guess is that he will not be treated as poorly as President Bush was.
